All items are shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed & and are shipped via your shipping preset chosen during checkout.

Southern Rust is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

S H I P P I N G

There are several presets available during checkout. Whatever preset you chose, will be the label printed out by Southern Rust. Please know that certain presets only have a certain amount of insurance. Southern Rust is not responsible for choosing the necessary amount of insurance. We STRONGLY recommend adding Route Protection during checkout.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. I will personally ensure I do my very best to make a situation right. 

Unless there is an issue with the item that resulted from my error, all items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Southern Rust is not responsible for sizing errors. I will do my best to help determine your correct size. Please email me, Nicole, at southernrust@hotmail.com to discuss sizing options.
